DASNEED offers high-quality perfumes and fragrance products. Fragrance longevity, intensity and performance may vary depending on skin type, weather, application and individual body chemistry.
2. Orders
Customers must provide accurate name, mobile number and delivery address while placing an order.
DASNEED reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in case of incorrect information, product unavailability, suspicious activity or other legitimate reasons.
3. Payment
For selected orders, 20% advance payment may be required and the remaining amount will be payable through COD.
Payment terms will be communicated before order confirmation.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service.
DASNEED is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events or incorrect customer information.
5. Return & Refund
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Returns may be accepted for wrong or damaged products after verification. Products damaged, misused or altered by the customer may not be eligible for return.
Approved refunds will be processed through Bank Transfer or UPI and may take up to 7 working days.
6. Perfume Safety
Perfume is for external use only. Avoid contact with eyes and sensitive or irritated skin. Do not ingest.
Keep perfume away from excessive heat, direct sunlight and flames. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.
7. Product Images & Information
Product images are for representation purposes. Slight differences in colour, packaging or appearance may occur due to lighting, screen settings or product batches.
8. Prices & Offers
Product prices, discounts and promotional offers may change at any time without prior notice. Offers are subject to their individual terms and validity.
9. Intellectual Property
