5. Packaging & Delivery

We take reasonable precautions to protect perfume bottles and packaging during transportation. However, once the parcel has been handed over to the delivery partner, transportation is subject to the courier/shipping service’s handling process.

6. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a wrong or physically damaged product, please contact DASNEED customer support as soon as possible after delivery.

7. Return & Refund

DASNEED provides a 7-day return window for eligible cases.

Returns are not normally accepted for physical damage caused by the customer, improper use, leakage caused after opening, or changes in personal fragrance preference.

Approved refunds may be processed through Bank Transfer or UPI.

8. Cash on Delivery & Advance Payment

For selected orders, DASNEED may require a 20% advance payment, with the remaining amount payable through Cash on Delivery (COD).

The advance amount and applicable payment terms will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

Orders may be cancelled if the required advance payment is not completed within the specified time.

9. Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not always be possible.
